This is where you get the real stuff - paratha, doubles, currant roll (honestly the best I've ever had period), first, crab, dumpling, pelau, akee, shark and bake - and just good down to earth people working there. Easy to call and order ahead - never had one issue in over 5 years of ordering. Best kept secret for quality food with the best Caribbean flavors - now of the other Caribbean restaurants can hold a candle to Ali's 💥Posted on AHSGRADTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Expensive for Island food but taste greatPosted on Andrew WilliamsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Fantastic Trinidadian food - and biggest portions I've ever had. Bake and shark was so large that I must have been getting ripped off at Maracas all those years ago. Doubles: amazing. Should have gone medium pepper. Boneless chicken roti: incredible. Also enormous. I really wanted saheena, but it wasn't available that day...oh well. Will have to go back.
